本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Hiro Studio（以下「本サービス提供者」）が提供する家計簿アプリ「MoneyNote」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービス提供者は本アプリを提供しますが、完全性・正確性・継続提供を保証しません。
本アプリは家計の記録・集計を支援するツールであり、投資、税務、その他の専門的な助言を提供するものではありません。
本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方は本アプリを利用できません。
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
本アプリは無料で提供されており、その運営費用を賄うために広告（Google AdMob）を表示します。ユーザーは本アプリの利用にあたり、広告が表示されることに同意するものとします。広告に関する情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりです。
ユーザーが入力したデータは Supabase 上に保存されます。本サービス提供者は適切な管理に努めますが、障害等によるデータ消失の責任は負いません。重要なデータは、アプリのエクスポート機能を利用してユーザー自身でも保管することを推奨します。
ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内からアカウントを削除できます。削除の手順と削除されるデータの範囲はアカウント・データの削除についておよびプライバシーポリシー第8項に定めるとおりです。
本サービス提供者は、本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。その場合は本ページまたはアプリ内で事前に告知します。サービス終了後は保存されたデータを利用できなくなるため、必要なデータは終了までにエクスポートしてください。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
必要に応じて本規約を改定し、本ページにて公表します。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") stipulate the conditions of use for the household account book app "MoneyNote" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Hiro Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Service Provider provides this App, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continuous provision.
This App is a tool to help you record and summarize household finances. It does not provide investment, tax, or other professional advice.
This App is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under the age of 13 may not use this App.
If you are a minor, please use this App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
This App is provided free of charge and displays advertisements (Google AdMob) to cover its operating costs. By using this App, you agree to the display of advertisements. The handling of information related to advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.
Data entered by the user is stored on Supabase. The Service Provider will strive to manage it appropriately, but shall not be responsible for data loss caused by system failures or other reasons. We recommend that you also keep your own copy of important data using the App's export feature.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App. The procedure and the scope of data deleted are described in Account and Data Deletion and in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may discontinue this App. In that case, notice will be given in advance on this page or within the App. Stored data will become unavailable after termination, so please export any data you need before then.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
We will revise these Terms as necessary and publish them on this page.
