利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Hiro Studio（以下「当社」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「MarkZen」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

当社は、本規約に従うことを条件として、本アプリを個人的・非商業的目的で使用する non-exclusive, non-transferable なライセンスをユーザーに付与します。

2. ユーザーのコンテンツ

ユーザーが本アプリで作成・編集するMarkdownファイルおよびフォルダの内容は、すべてユーザー自身に帰属します。当社はユーザーのファイル内容を当社のサーバーへ送信したり、当社または第三者が閲覧・利用できる形で共有することはありません。

3. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変
• 本アプリを使用した違法行為または第三者への損害を与える行為
• 本アプリの著作権表示の削除・改変

4. 広告

本アプリはGoogle AdMobによりバナー広告・リワード広告を配信します。リワード広告はPDF書き出し等の特定機能の利用時に視聴を求めることがあります。広告の内容について当社は責任を負いません。

5. 有料機能について（将来の予定）

当社は将来的に、本アプリにおいて有料機能またはサブスクリプションプランを追加する可能性があります。有料機能が導入された場合、その内容・価格・条件については別途お知らせします。現在ご利用の無料機能が有料化される場合は、事前に通知します。

6. Dropbox連携について

本アプリはオプションとしてDropbox連携機能を提供しています。この機能はユーザーが明示的に選択した場合にのみ有効となります。

• Dropbox連携を利用するには、Dropboxが定める利用規約（https://www.dropbox.com/terms）への同意が別途必要です。
• 連携中のファイルの同期・保存はDropboxのサーバーを経由して行われます。Dropboxサービスの障害・停止・データ損失について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
• Dropbox側でのアクセス権限の取り消しや認証切れにより、同期機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

7. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿（"as is"）で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害（データの損失・消失を含む）についても、法令上認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。ファイルの定期的なバックアップはユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。

また、本アプリは内部で外部Webサービス（Claude、ChatGPT、Gemini等）を開く機能を提供しますが、これら外部サービスのコンテンツ、内容、可用性、および正確性について当社は一切の責任を負いません。各AIサービスを利用する際は、ユーザー自身の責任においてそれぞれのサービス提供元が定める利用規約を遵守するものとします。

8. サービスの変更・終了

当社は予告なく本アプリの機能を変更・停止・終了する権利を有します。

9. 規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はこのページに掲載し、本アプリの継続利用をもって同意したものとみなします。

10. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠するものとし、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Android application "MarkZen" (the "App") provided by Hiro Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Content

All Markdown files and folders you create or edit using the App remain your own property. We do not transmit your file content to our servers, nor share it in any form that allows us or any third party to access or use it.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others
• Remove or alter any copyright notices in the App

4. Advertising

The App displays banner and rewarded advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may be shown when using certain features such as PDF export. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown.

5. Future Paid Features

We may in the future introduce paid features or subscription plans within the App. If paid features are added, the details, pricing, and conditions will be communicated separately. We will provide advance notice if any currently free features are to become paid.

6. Dropbox Integration

The App offers an optional Dropbox integration feature, which is only activated when explicitly chosen by the user.

• Use of Dropbox integration requires your separate agreement to Dropbox's Terms of Service (https://www.dropbox.com/terms).
• File syncing and storage during integration is routed through Dropbox's servers. We are not liable for any service outages, interruptions, or data loss on Dropbox's part.
• Sync functionality may become unavailable if access permissions are revoked on the Dropbox side or if authentication expires.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss or corruption of data. You are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your files.

Additionally, the App provides functionality to access external web services (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini). We assume no responsibility for the content, services, availability, or accuracy of these external services. Users are responsible for complying with the respective terms of service of each AI service provider when using them through the App.

8. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
