最終更新日：2026年8月28日Hiro Studio（以下「当社」）は、Androidアプリ「MarkZen」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用の皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、以下のポリシーを定めます。本アプリは、GDPRおよびCCPAを含む各国のプライバシー保護基準を考慮して運営されています。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、広告配信および利用状況の分析のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービスが情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。
Google AdMob（広告配信）
- 広告識別子（Android Advertising ID）
- デバイス情報（機種名、OSバージョン等）
- IPアドレス・おおよその位置情報
- 広告のインプレッション/クリック情報
Firebase Analytics（利用状況の分析）
- アプリの利用状況データ（画面遷移、ファイル操作、機能の使用頻度、ボタン操作、PDF書き出しの成否など）
- Firebase Analyticsが自動取得する端末情報（OSバージョン、言語設定、国・地域など）
Firebase Crashlytics（クラッシュレポート）
- アプリがクラッシュした際のエラー情報（スタックトレース、デバイス情報など）
2. 収集しない情報
当社は、以下の情報を当社のサーバーへ送信することはなく、また、ユーザーが自ら選んだ保存先（Dropbox / Google ドライブ）を除く第三者へ送信・共有することもありません。
- ユーザーが作成・編集するファイルの内容およびファイル名
- 個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所など）
3. 利用目的
収集した情報は、主に以下の目的で利用されます。
- アプリ内での適切な広告配信のため
- アプリの機能改善および品質向上のため
- アプリの安定性向上およびバグ修正のため
4. データの保存場所
本アプリは、ユーザーが選んだ保存先にファイルを保存します。保存先は「この端末」「Dropbox」「Google ドライブ」のいずれかで、ユーザーが設定から選択します。当社は自社のサーバーを持たないため、ファイルを当社が預かることはありません。
- この端末：ユーザーが明示的に選択したフォルダの中にのみファイルを作成・編集します。
- Dropbox / Google ドライブ：ファイルはユーザー自身のアカウント内に保存されます。詳細は第8項・第9項をご覧ください。
あわせて、全文検索のための索引と、クラウドを保存先に選んだ場合のファイル内容の控えを端末内に保存します。これらは端末内にのみ存在し、本アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。当社のサーバーや第三者へ送信されることはありません。
5. 広告について
本アプリはGoogle AdMobを利用してバナー広告・リワード広告を表示します。リワード広告はPDF書き出し等の特定機能の利用時に表示されます。AdMobはユーザーの興味・関心に基づいたパーソナライズ広告を配信するために情報を収集する場合があります。詳細はGoogleの広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 対象年齢
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の方は本アプリのご利用をお控えください。
7. 第三者への情報提供
当社は、原則としてユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、本アプリの機能向上および広告配信のため、以下の通り情報が送信されます。
- 利用状況データ、クラッシュレポートおよび広告識別子は、サービス提供元であるGoogle LLC（Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics / AdMob）に送信されます。
- 送信された情報はGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に基づいて管理されます。
また、法令に基づく要請がある場合は、必要最小限の範囲で提供することがあります。
8. Dropbox連携について
本アプリはオプションとしてDropbox連携機能を提供しています。この機能はユーザーが明示的に選択した場合にのみ有効となります。
- 認証：OAuth2による認証を通じて、ユーザーのDropboxアカウントにアクセスします。
- アクセス範囲：ユーザーが選択したDropboxフォルダ内のファイルの読み書きおよび同期を行います。
- トークンの保存：認証に必要なアクセストークン等は端末内に暗号化した状態で保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信されません。
- 第三者のポリシー：Dropboxを通じたデータの取り扱いには、Dropboxのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。詳細は https://www.dropbox.com/privacy をご確認ください。
9. Google ドライブ連携について
本アプリはオプションとしてGoogle ドライブ連携機能を提供しています。この機能はユーザーが明示的に選択した場合にのみ有効となります。
- 認証：OAuth 2.0による認証を通じて、ユーザーのGoogleアカウントにアクセスします。
- アクセス範囲：
drive.fileスコープのみを使用します。本アプリが作成したファイル、およびユーザーが本アプリで明示的に開いたファイルにのみアクセスでき、Google ドライブ内のそれ以外のファイルを参照することはできません。 - 作成されるフォルダ：初回接続時に、マイドライブの直下に「MarkZen」フォルダを作成し、これを作業フォルダとして使用します。
- トークンの保存：認証に必要なアクセストークン等は端末内に暗号化した状態で保存されます。当社のサーバーには送信されません。
- 用途の限定：Google ドライブから取得したファイルの内容およびファイル名は、Markdownファイルの閲覧・編集・同期・全文検索という本アプリの機能を提供するためにのみ使用します。広告配信（AdMob）、利用状況の分析（Firebase Analytics）、クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics）に渡すことはありません。また、機械学習モデルの学習に使用することもありません。
- アクセスの取り消し：本アプリの設定から保存先を切り替えることで連携を解除できます。Googleアカウントの「サードパーティ製アプリとサービス」の画面からアクセス権を取り消すこともできます。
- 第三者のポリシー：Google ドライブを通じたデータの取り扱いには、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。
10. 外部AIサービスとの連携
本アプリは、Claude、ChatGPT、および Gemini の各Webサイトをアプリ内ブラウザ（Custom Tabs）で開く機能を提供しています。この機能の利用にあたっては以下の点にご注意ください。
- データの取り扱い：本アプリ自体は、これらWebサイトとのやり取りに関するデータ（入力内容、検索履歴等）を収集・保存・送信することはありません。
- ブラウザCookieの共有：Custom Tabs はデバイスのシステムブラウザを使用するため、お客様がシステムブラウザ（Google Chrome等）で既にログインしている場合、そのセッションやCookieが引き継がれる場合があります。
- 第三者のポリシー：各AIサービスを利用する際は、それぞれのサービス提供元が定めるプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。詳細は以下のリンク先をご確認ください。

11. オプトアウトについて
ユーザーは以下の方法で、データの収集およびパーソナライズ広告を制限することができます。
- 端末の設定：Android端末の設定（設定 → プライバシー → 広告）から、「広告のパーソナライズをオプトアウトする」または「広告 ID をリセットする」を選択することで、情報の収集を制限できます。

Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026Hiro Studio ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Android application "MarkZen" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, taking into account international privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
1. Information We Collect
We use the following third-party services for advertising and usage analysis, and these services may automatically collect information:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
- Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
- Device information (device model, OS version, etc.)
- IP address and approximate location
- Ad impressions and click information
Firebase Analytics (Usage Analysis)
- App usage data (screen transitions, file operations, frequency of use, button operations, PDF export results, etc.)
- Device information automatically acquired by Firebase Analytics (OS version, language settings, country/region, etc.)
Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting)
- Error information when the App crashes (stack traces, device information, etc.)
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We never transmit the following to our servers, and we never share it with any third party other than the storage location you choose yourself (Dropbox / Google Drive):
- Contents and filenames of files created or edited by users
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as name, email address, phone number, or address
3. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To display appropriate advertisements within the App
- To improve application functionality and quality
- To improve App stability and fix bugs
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
The App stores your files in the location you choose: this device, Dropbox, or Google Drive. You select this in the App's settings. We operate no servers of our own, so your files are never held by us.
- This device: The App creates and edits files only inside the folder you explicitly select.
- Dropbox / Google Drive: Files are stored in your own account. See sections 8 and 9 for details.
The App also keeps a full-text search index on the device, along with a local copy of file contents when a cloud location is selected. These exist only on the device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. They are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
5. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads are shown when using certain features such as PDF export. AdMob may collect information to serve personalized ads based on users' interests. Please refer to Google's advertising policies for more details.
6. Age Restriction
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this App.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
In principle, we do not share user information with third parties. However, for the purpose of improving App functionality and providing advertisements, information is transmitted as follows:
- Usage data, crash reports, and advertising identifiers are transmitted to Google LLC (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics / AdMob).
- This information is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
8. Dropbox Integration
The App offers an optional Dropbox integration feature, which is only activated when explicitly chosen by the user.
- Authentication: The App accesses the user's Dropbox account via OAuth2 authentication.
- Scope of Access: The App reads, writes, and syncs files within the Dropbox folder selected by the user.
- Token Storage: Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form on the device only and are never transmitted to our servers.
- Third-Party Policy: Data handled through Dropbox is subject to Dropbox's Privacy Policy. Please refer to https://www.dropbox.com/privacy for details.
9. Google Drive Integration
The App offers an optional Google Drive integration feature, which is only activated when explicitly chosen by the user.
- Authentication: The App accesses your Google account via OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Scope of Access: The App uses only the
drive.filescope. It can access only the files it creates and the files you explicitly open with the App; it cannot see any other file in your Google Drive. - Folder Created: On first connection, the App creates a folder named "MarkZen" at the root of My Drive and uses it as the workspace.
- Token Storage: Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form on the device only and are never transmitted to our servers.
- Limited Use: File contents and filenames obtained from Google Drive are used solely to provide the App's features: viewing, editing, syncing, and searching Markdown files. They are never passed to advertising (AdMob), usage analysis (Firebase Analytics), or crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics). They are not used to train machine learning models.
- Revoking Access: You can disconnect by switching the storage location in the App's settings. You may also revoke access from your Google Account's "Third-party apps & services" page.
- Third-Party Policy: Data handled through Google Drive is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
10. Integration with External AI Services
The App provides functionality to open Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini websites using an in-app browser (Custom Tabs). Please note the following regarding this feature:
- Data Handling: The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any data related to your interactions with these websites (such as input content or search history).
- Browser Cookie Sharing: Since Custom Tabs utilizes your device's system browser, existing session information and cookies from your system browser (e.g., Google Chrome) may be shared or carried over.
- Third-Party Policies: Your use of each AI service is subject to the respective provider's privacy policy. Please refer to the following links for details:

11. Opt-out Options
You can limit data collection and personalized advertising through the following methods:
- Device Settings: You can limit information collection by adjusting your Android device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) and selecting "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID".
